A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking . Confirmation of final guest/birthday child numbers is required 14 days prior to your party date. Full/final payment of the party is required 7 days prior to your party date. Failure to make final payment may result in cancellation of the event.
Once a party has been confirmed and a Non Refundable deposit paid, parties may only be postponed. We will gladly work with you to find an alternative party date for your consideration, based on availability. We do not offer refunds of any kind unless there was a major accident and your host did not arrive at your event.

Extras on the day: Additional party guest or catering will be charged on the date of your party.
We provide food and drinks for our guests and we request you not to bring in outside food and drinks without prior arrangement with us. Please advise us ahead of the party if any guest suffer from food allergies. We cannot accommodate all allergies but we can discuss options with you. I authorise Funtasy Kids to contact my family doctor or any other doctor in case of an emergency.
I agree that FuntasyKids may make any reasonable decisions in relation to any medical situation affecting my child and their guests, including calling qualified medical staff and/or ambulance etc. I accordingly agree to release and indemnify Funtasy Land from all claims arising out of such a situation.
I acknowledge that Funtasy Land does not accept liability for any property damage or loss or personal injury howsoever caused, including negligence by my child, other children and adults including visitors and staff.
